A nice Dao / Ring pommel sabre.
Used throughout the Boxer Rebellion and into the early 20th century
by Chinese Nationalist military units.
Overall 33 inches with a 21&1/4 inch curved blade and a nice "S" shaped guard.
Hilt wrap is not original to this piece but is firmly in place.
A very nice and hard to find genuine fighting sword.
