A rare and seldom seen 19th century Bedouin sabre, the traditional sword of the Bedouin tribes that live in the Sinai Peninsula, in Israel and in Jordan.

The Bedouin sword smiths used every available blade for their swords and this is no exception. The blade in this sabre is a 19th century European pipe back type worn from age and use.
The overall length is 87cms and the blade length is 74.5cms.
The timber grips are riveted to the swords tang and covered in brass sheeting and tacks.

A seldom seen sword with age wear, bumps and bruises.
