Ottoman Yataghan with thick Twistcore blade and silver inlay

A lovely Ottoman Yataghan with Turkish ribbon/twistcore blade.
This lovely old heavy fighting Yataghan is just under 74cms long with a fine Twistcore blade of 62cms. The blade has a thick T-spine running all the way to the tip.
To one side there are six Signatures in silver inlay, to the other there are designs, rosettes, stars and lines for the entire blade, these too are in silver.
The blade has a very nice twistcore pattern of 6 bars running the entire length with good control towards the tip were the core follows the profile of the blade.
One ear of the pommel is broken. The hilt also shows inlay.
Overall a very nice heavy fighting Yataghan with good weight.
