A nice matched pair of BaGua fighting knives.
Tip to tip these irons measure 41cms long. From the back of the hilt to the tip of the cresent guard they are 17cms.
They are of thick iron construction with the cresent moon baldes attached with iron pins. Both the cresent moons and the spikes have a raised medial ridge with tapering points.
The surfaces are decoration with stylised dragons and markings and the hilt is bound in flat cloth twine.
The cresent guards have some slight movement in them.
A good 20th century example of very rare weapons.
