A fine African fighting spear.

This spear measures 140cms long from tip to base.
The iron spear head is 39cms long from tip to timber shaft with the cutting edge being 32cms long.
The fine timber shaft tapers towards the base, with the base terminating with a broad flared end.
The spear head is inserted in to the timber and bound in a very tight woven pattern by fine rattan like material.

A fine and interesting fighting spear from the South African tribal regions.
