A very fine and rare silver and stone set Ottoman dagger.

This Ottoman Knife or Dagger measures just under 30cms sheathed, 27cms out with a blade length of 17cms.
The hilt is expertly produced using the finest, delicate silver embellishments avaialable. The hilt is also stone set with nine red Cornelians, four to the top, four to the bottom and one on the pommel.
The blade shows a silver bolster, again crafted from fine and delicate silver. The blade is well made with a curved clipped tip and a full needle point. There are fullers to both sides, file work to the spine and stars and moon symbols below the clipped tip.
The sheath is a repoussed white metal with timber inners.

A very attracted and fine rare dagger from the Ottoman regions.
